Learning Systems Specialist

Full Time Permanent

Purpose

Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the Global Training systems and learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the centralized training data repository.

• Consolidate data from multiple systems and ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality.

• Administer departmental systems and learning platforms ensuring their reliable day-to-day operation

• Monitor system updates, maintenance, and timely communication of service changes and outages.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, software licenses and billing.

• Provide first-line support for system, reporting and access issues.

• Escalate technical issues to IT or vendors where required.

• Maintain system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Evaluate system enhancements and recommend operational improvements.

• Apply the necessary configurations and changes for approved system enhancements

• Support LMS implementation, testing and administration for any platform changes or projects that involve system changes

• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal technology teams.

• Create and manage IT support tickets for system-related issues impacting program operations

• Support onboarding and training of staff using departmental systems.
